All bookings over 90 minutes will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure & confirm the appointment. If more than one treatment is being booked then the deposit will be 50% of the total treatments booked. A receipt will be issued for all treatment deposits paid; this receipt should be presented on the day of your actual treatments.
If you are unable to attend your appointment we ask that you contact the salon as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment, appointments cancelled with notice of 48 hours will be charged at 50% and appointments cancelled with notice of 24 hours or less will result in the full treatment value being charged.
All clients are advised to arrive at the salon 10 - 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to deliver the full treatment time; this is the client’s responsibility.
Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time in order to deliver the highest level of service to the next guest; however the full treatment time booked will be chargeable.
Please note that prior to any treatment clients will be required to complete a registration card and a quick well being check, on return visits a quick reminder will need to be completed based on the previous well being check.
